  • Your order will ship between after order and payment have been received. It takes 2 weeks standard shipping

  • We are so sorry! We replace all damaged items that have been delivered to you up to 30 days after the delivery confirmation date. Please send us an email with pictures so we can get the process started for you! Our email is streetwearapparel718@gmail.com.

  • We are so sorry! The USPS is typically pretty good, but sometimes mistakes happen! If your package hasn't arrived, please wait 48 hours, usually packages arrive. You can also call your local post office (not the 800 number) and they will be able to help you track it. We do not refund or pay for reshipping costs for international packages.

    If your package is lost in the mail for 14 business days, we will replace the package, but you must let us know within 30 days. Otherwise, we will not be able to replace your package.

    We cannot replace packages due to the wrong address, so please make sure your address is correct at checkout.

    If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact your local post office and your neighbors. If you are still unable to locate it, we will require a new address to reship your order.

  • Because all of our items are handprinted to order, we only allow cancellations up to 12 hours after your order is placed. We are not able to offer exceptions to this policy.

  • We currently do not accept exchanges due to tracking issues. If you need a different style, color, or size, please return your original order for a replacement.

    We know buying online can be difficult! So, we offer returns of unworn/unwashed apparel, as long as the size or color is still in stock, within 7 days from the delivery confirmation date.
